Penguin Hat

This weekend I finished up the Penguin hat I had promised to my friend Julie.  She made a special request after finding this photo on etsy.














I have no idea where the photo came from, it's not my intent to steal it.  It was used as inspiration for my knit hat.


I'm pretty pleased with the final hat, but geeze, it took a while to get there.  I had to play with the circles for the eyes for a while before I was happy with the way they looked.

My Penguin hat is meant for an 18 month old, it's obviously a lot bigger than the inspiration hat!
