Post 100!

Wow!  That's a lot of posts.

I feel like I should blog a little less... or maybe a little more... hmmmm...

I have been continuing to work on my Sewing Challenge.  More wipes and one finished project.

I have wanted to finish my Cloud9 Bucket hat since the end of April... remember this post?  Well, it's finally finished.  It's kind of silly how long it took me to sewing in a few ends, but sometimes that happens right.

Yesterday I finally found the motivation to get it done.

You're probably thinking that this hat looks familar.  Well, it's the exact same as the hat I made for Mary's mostly-homemade Easter Basket.  I loved it so much I wanted one for our little one too.
I also appliquéd on a onesie.  It's a cute little set I think!

In case you've forgotten, this hat is reversible.

The pattern is simple and practical.  It includes a whole range of sizes from baby to adult.

It is a Betz White pattern.  You can find more information here.  There is a newer version of the pattern here.

  1. I love it! Great job!!

  2. Oh yeah, congrats on your 100th post. That's really exciting. I'm far from 100. I need to blog more I think.

  3. Congratulations on 100 posts! I enjoy reading your blog and look forward to reading many more of your posts :-) Love the hat and onesie set by the way!

  4. great sewing this month! where do you get the onesies you use to decorate - anything special or just regular type?

  5. I am always on the lookout for cute coloured onesies. The ones I have been using so far have been from the Loblaws chain Joe Fresh Clothing line. I have also seen good ones at Winners. I try not to spend more than $3 or $4 per onesie
